GET TO KNOW ME
I was born overseas, grew up in Alabama, and lived in Southern California for 10 years before moving to Nashville. I was on Young Life staff for 8 years and have also worked with younger kids in multiple different capacities.
I hold a Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University, and a Certificate of Youth Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary.
I am a wife and mom (but those are not my only parts). And I love watching sports, dance parties, walking greenways throughout Nashville, and hanging out with family and friends.

MY APPROACH
I approach therapy with compassion and curiosity. I know that every person’s story is unique and I desire to get to know yours. I view clients’ concerns through a relational and holistic lens and hope to create a safe place to feel your feelings, process your past experiences, explore your values, and envision a new future. I am concerned with the relationship you have with your self (mind, body, and soul) and the relationships you have with others. My therapeutic approach is attachment based, emotionally focused, and viewed through an Internal Family Systems model. I also utilize interventions from Theraplay and I am EMDR Trained.
